ClikPixl Publisher privacy policy

Effective October 18, 2026 · Operated by TEK Lab, LLC

ClikPixl Publisher is an internal tool for preparing, reviewing and scheduling content on the ClikPixl Facebook Page. It is used by the Page’s authorized owner and is not a public account-registration service.

Information the tool uses

The owner authorizes access through Meta. The tool uses the selected Page’s ID and name, a Page access credential, Page content needed for verification, and the images, captions, posting times and approval records supplied by the owner. It records scheduling results, including Facebook post IDs and status information.

The current connection requests permission to list authorized Pages, read Page content and manage Page posts. It is limited to ClikPixl. It does not request access to private Facebook messages, advertising payments or the owner’s Facebook password.

Purpose and storage

This information supports Page connection checks, content review, approved scheduling, status verification and preventing duplicate submissions. Drafts and publishing records are stored on the operator’s computers. The Page credential is encrypted using the owner’s Windows account. It is not included in agent prompts or shared notes.

Approved content and necessary API requests are sent to Meta. Meta processes information under its own privacy policy. The current publishing tool does not sell personal information or use it for advertising profiles.

Retention and control

Local drafts, approval records and publishing receipts remain until the operator deletes them. The credential remains until it is removed or replaced; Meta may also expire or revoke access. Copies in the operator’s backups follow the operator’s backup retention. Disconnecting the app does not remove posts already stored on Facebook.

Data deletion and disconnecting

The authorized owner can remove ClikPixl Publisher in Facebook’s Business Integrations settings to revoke access. To request deletion of information held by the operator, contact ClikPixl on Facebook and identify the relevant Page, post or request. Do not send passwords or access tokens.

The operator can delete local credentials and records and address any retained backup copies. Removing already-published Facebook content requires a separate Page action. Requests involving information held by Meta are subject to Meta’s own controls and policies.

Changes and questions

This page will be updated if the tool’s handling of information changes. Contact ClikPixl with questions about this policy.
